What comes to mind when you think of social media?

I have it to stay in touch with people all over the world, but not everything you see on social media is true. I’m active but I only post nice things, sometimes even nicer than they might be in real life.

If I feel a certain way, I can express it. I don’t have to be brief, I don’t have to be positive, I don’t have to be something I’m not.

What is the main benefit you receive from using Reel You?

I write about how I feel, so it’s therapeutic to let everything out. When I look back and read about my experiences again, it’s nice to relive and reflect on these moments.

What type of person do you think would benefit most from using Reel You?
