Why is Reel You important to you?

Reel You is important to me because it’s different than other social media. It’s not a place to boast or brag. It’s where you can keep the things that matter most to you without caring about what others may think. It provides a place to store memories and more (like my favorite recipes!) with not only pictures, but additional details along with it, and I can share it with loved ones if I choose to. 

How did you document your experiences before Reel You?

My experiences were spread throughout my photo library. If I scrolled through my pictures at all, I would spend a long time scrolling to find specific memories. Even when you find the one you’re looking for, it’s disappointing when you can’t recall all the details, thoughts and feelings behind that moment.

What is the main benefit you receive from using Reel You?

Relief in knowing my memories have been captured and won’t be forgotten. Also, there’s no pressure to choose the right filter or clever caption, so I can remember these moments as they really were. Additionally, it offers the chance to connect privately with the people that mean the most to me.

What type of person do you think would benefit most from using Reel You?

Anyone and everyone. New parents who want to document their kid’s first steps, an adventure seeker who wants to log their different travels, a home owner who wants to document their pride in home improvement projects, a college student who wants to share their night out with close friends, a chef experimenting with new recipes, etc. Everyone is having experiences, so why not enjoy them in the moment and beyond?
