I love that Reel You allows you to capture all your experiences, the good and the bad ones, the private and the ones shared with friends and family.

What comes to mind when you think of social media?

An algorithm trying to take up as much of my time as possible so they can make more ad revenue and “influencers” who seem genuine but actually just try to sell me products.

… and what comes to mind when you think of Reel You?

A personal and private platform designed for my experiences, with the added social element of allowing me to share memories with my friends if I want to. It’s totally different from social media where everyone puts on a facade.

How do you use Reel You?

I use Reel You everyday in the evening before I go to bed. I like to reflect on my day and make a moment that represents it. These moments might be a really good workout, a tough meeting at work, a yummy home-cooked meal or just a coffee which I enjoyed in the sun. These are the little things I want to remember; they make me happy and feel grateful.

How did you document your experiences before Reel You?

Before Reel You I didn’t document my moments, even though I was always jealous of my sister for having the tenacity to keep a diary.
